            Verify Feeds Role Permission Settings

            To cancel running ETL jobs or manage feed files, ensure that the Cancel permission for the Feeds role is enabled.

            Required Editions

            To verify user roles: User permissions

            To verify appropriate Feeds role permissions:

            1. From the main navigation, select Settings | Users & Roles.
            2. Find your user account and view your assigned role.
            3. Click the role to view the permission details.
            4. Locate the Feeds settings.
              The Feeds role includes three levels.
              Level Description
              View Enables viewing feeds abnd their status.
              Update Enables modifying fees settins and conditions.
              Cancel Enables cancellation of running jobs abd managing feed files.
            5. Verify that the Feeds role has the Cancel permission checked.
              If the Feeds Cancel permission isn’t enabled, contact your account administrator. Account administrators have this permission enabled by default.
