Retrieving an Existing Sitemap
Before you can convert a Marketing Cloud Personalization sitemap using the sitemap converter too, you must retrieve it.
You can retrieve the sitemap using one of the following methods:
- Developer Tools: Using browser developer tools, you can inspect a website, search for the evergage SDK, and copy the relevant sitemap code. You can then paste that code into a text file and save it, or paste the sitemap directly into the sitemap converter tool.
- Evergage Account Access: With access to your Evergage account, you can retrieve the Marketing Cloud Personalization sitemap directly from the account through the Evergage platform.
