Change a Report Lookback Period

The default lookback period is the past week to the current day. You can change the lookback period for most reports. The new lookback period persists for the session or until you make other changes.

Required Editions

To change the lookback period Any permission level

You can’t select a lookback period for the Consumption report, but you can view historical consumption data in 12-month increments by selecting a month and year on the Consumption report page.

  1. On the Personalization page, in the upper-right corner, click the date range.
  2. Select a predefined lookback period or define a custom range.
  3. If you define a custom range, click Apply.
