Setting Sharing of Entities Between Workspaces in MDP

Share common entities across workspaces and accounts.

1. On the left side of the navigation bar, click your workspace name.
2. Click the workspace settings gear icon.
3. In the left panel, select General Settings.
4. To import another workspace’s items:
   1. Click Import Workspace Settings.
   2. From the Import dropdown, select the workspace you want to import from.
   3. Select the entities that you want to import, and click Import..
5. To update a workspace’s shared entities:
   1. Click Push Workspace Updates.
   2. Select the items you want to push, and click Next.
   3. Select the workspaces you want to update.
   4. Click Push Updates.
6. To de-link an entity from the original, select the entity and click De-link.
