MDP Fix Multiple Files Using Import and Export

Use import and export to fix multiple files when exceptions occur. There are two types of export options; export and download a file, or use schedule export to export the report at a set time and send to specific recipients.

1. From the Harmonize tab, select Harmonization Center, and then Fix & Maintain.
2. Select the entities to export.
3. To create a downloadable report with each entity in a separate sheet, click Export from the top toolbar.
4. Edit the files using a local editor and then import the files back into Fix & Maintain. Or
5. Create a scheduled export with a defined schedule and recipients. Click Create Scheduled Export and then:
   1. Enter the report name.
   2. Enter a description for the report.
   3. Enter the recipients’ email addresses.
   4. Define the frequency. For example, daily at 9:00 AM.
   5. Click Save.
