Before you get started with Journey Decisioning, identify a good first use case. Here are some guidelines to use while selecting a test case.

          • Select an existing scenario where you can build a basic experience or a portion of a complex one.
          • Choose a journey that processes fewer than 20,000 people per day.
          • Make sure that the scenario can tolerate a data refresh of up to one hour.
          • Ideally, your grounding data is available in Data 360. If you haven’t started data ingestion yet, start by connecting data extensions to Data 360.
