Required Editions
Available in: Marketing Cloud Engagement Pro+, Corporate+, or
Enterprise+ Editions.
Eligibility
Any Engagement customer with access to Marketing Cloud Next can create an
agent and connect journeys in Flow Builder.
Before you get started with Journey Decisioning, identify a good first use case. Here are some
guidelines to use while selecting a test case.
Select an existing scenario where you can build a basic experience or a portion of a
complex one.
Choose a journey that processes fewer than 20,000 people per day.
Make sure that the scenario can tolerate a data refresh of up to one hour.
Ideally, your grounding data is available in Data 360. If you haven’t started data
ingestion yet, start by connecting data extensions to Data 360.
