          Note
Note If you connected Marketing Cloud Engagement to Data 360 before November 11, 2025, your account isn’t eligible to use the unified reporting system. In these accounts, data for Marketing Cloud Engagement isn’t available in the Marketing Performance or Analytics sections.

Because these tools are built on the Salesforce Platform, your reports can include not only marketing data, but also data from other Salesforce products such Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data 360. Best of all, marketers can create in-depth reports and dashboards by using the drag-and-drop Tableau Next interface, without writing any code.

          Marketing Performance

The Marketing Performance reports give you an at-a-glance view of your sending and engagement trends. You can filter these reports by channel, so you can dive deep into the metrics for your email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns.

You can access Marketing Performance in Marketing Cloud Next.

          1. Log in to Salesforce.
          2. On the App Launcher, search for marketing, and then select Marketing.
          3. Click the Marketing Performance tab.

You can also access Marketing Performance directly from Marketing Cloud Engagement.

          • From the Next menu, select Marketing Performance.

For more information about Marketing Performance reports, see View Engagement and Delivery Data with the Marketing Performance Dashboard.

          Analytics

The Analytics suite provides a drag and drop interface powered by Tableau Next. Use the Analytics suite to build custom reports, pivot tables, and dashboards. Your custom reports can be a powerful tool for auditing, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of your campaigns.

In Marketing Cloud Engagement, marketers previously had to work with their IT teams and business analysts to write SQL to extract engagement data for channels such as SMS. With the Marketing Analytics reports, marketers can self-serve, creating powerful reports and dashboards with clicks, not code.

You can access Analytics in Marketing Cloud Next.

          1. Log in to Salesforce.
          2. On the App Launcher, search for marketing, and then select Marketing.
          3. Click the Analytics tab.

You can also access Analytics directly from Marketing Cloud Engagement.
