Change the Audience

Audiences are automatically generated from a connected brief for a workspace. Modify the audience by entering a request in the prompt window or by selecting an audience manually.

Required Editions

View supported editions.

User Permissions Needed
To create or edit content:

Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

AND

any CMS workspace contributor role
To publish or unpublish content:

Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

AND

a CMS workspace contributor role of content admin or content manager
  1. On the sidebar, select Audiences.
  2. Select an audience.
  3. Optionally, add a new audience. In the New Audience window, enter details about your new audience and click Add Audience.
  4. Ask the agent to regenerate content for the audience.
