Manage Content in the Workspace

Organize and act on multiple content variants at once in your workspace canvas.

User Permissions Needed
To create or edit content:	Marketing Cloud Manager permission set AND any CMS workspace contributor role
To publish or unpublish content:	Marketing Cloud Manager permission set AND a CMS workspace contributor role of content admin or content manager

In the workspace, select multiple messages that you want to work with at the same time.
Group related variants to keep large workspaces organized.

You can group content in the canvas by audience, locale, channel, theme, or publish readiness. For example, group the designs that are ready to publish into a group named Ready for Publish to keep track of them in the canvas.
Focus a group to isolate it, or hide groups that you're not currently working on.
With your selection active, right-click or use the contextual toolbar to apply a bulk action.
- Delete — Remove the selected variants.
- Clone — Create a copy of the selected variants.
- Regenerate — Ask the agent to generate new options for the selected variants.
- Publish — Publish the selected variants to Salesforce CMS.
- Preview — Preview the selected variants.
- Translate — Generate translated variants of the selected content.
