Tips for Writing Effective Prompts for Agentic Content
To get better results when generating agentic content, write clear, detailed, and specific prompts.
The quality of your input and grounding directly affects the quality of your generated content. Clear, specific prompts and well-structured briefs provide needed context to generate relevant, on-brand, and effective content. Vague or incomplete inputs can lead to generic content that requires more manual refinement.
When you write a prompt, be specific about the channel, audience, campaign goal, and any assets or brand elements that you want the agent to use.
Simple Example:
Generate an email and an SMS message for the attached brand, images, and campaign
brief. Use the offer described in the campaign goal and focus the content on [specific
theme]. Include the primary corporate logo in the header, and generate a hero image that
shows [specific scene].
More Detailed Example:
Create email, SMS and MMS content for a campaign based on the attached brief. Create
multiple options so that I can pick the right ones. Use the attached images. Do not generate
new images. Do not include any offers in the content. Stay focused on the key message.
Personalize the content by using the $individual data provider. For email, make sure that
the header includes the logo image and footer includes a disclaimer, unsubscribe link, and
the following links to social media pages.

Detailed Example:
Generate the following components:
* Variants: Provide 3 distinct options (1 benefit-driven, 1 community-driven, 1 curiosity-driven). Include emojis.
* Pre-header Text: Provide a short, catchy preview line for each variant.
* Header: Brand Logo
* Body: A warm, personalised greeting; acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication on the leaderboard; hero image; the core value proposition (Give $100, Get $100) explained simply and clearly; a seamless transition explaining how much better it is to sweat with friends.
* Calls to Action (CTA): 2 distinct, action-oriented CTA buttons. One primary (after the first paragraph) and one secondary (at the bottom).
* Footer/The Fine Print: A brief placeholder for terms and conditions.
