Translate Content

With one click, generate multilingual variants of your content.

Required Editions

View supported editions.

User Permissions Needed
To create or edit content:

Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

AND

any CMS workspace contributor role
To publish or unpublish content:

Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

AND

a CMS workspace contributor role of content admin or content manager
  1. In the workspace, select the content that you want to translate.
  2. Click Translate.
  3. Select one or more languages.
    The agent generates a translated variant of the content for each selected language.
  4. Open the Language dropdown to review and manage all of your language variants.
  5. Edit a translation as needed.
    • Edit the generated translation directly in the content.
    • Paste your own custom translation to replace the generated text.
