any CMS workspace contributor role

To publish or unpublish content:

Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

AND

a CMS workspace contributor role of content admin or content manager

A Salesforce admin selects a data space and assigns users the correct permissions.

  1. Before you begin, turn on Data 360 with the latest version, and deploy foundational data to the Data 360 data space that you want to use.
  2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Brand Center, and under Einstein, select Brand Center.
  3. Under Enable Brand Kits in Data Spaces, click Manage Data Space.
  4. In the Select a Data Space window, find the data space that you want, and then toggle its status to Enabled.
If the setup fails, confirm that your org has the latest version of

    Data 360

    enabled.
  5. Under Manage User Permissions, click Go to User Management.
  6. Assign the BrandCenterAdmin permission set to users who view, create, and edit brand kits. Assign the BrandCenterUser permission set to users who need view-only access.
  7. Assign the Prompt Template User permission set to users who generate and view previews within a brand kit.

When enablement finishes, the data space status shows as enabled and users with the right permissions can open Brand Center.
