- Discover Marketing Cloud Next Feature Sets with Salesforce Go
Feature sets organize features and Agentforce tools by the specific marketing goals they support, such as running email campaigns or reaching customers on messaging channels. Each set contains the Marketing Cloud Next features and generative AI capabilities that you need to accomplish a specific job, and shows your configuration progress as you go.
Marketing Cloud Next Initial Setup
Use Salesforce Go to set up Marketing Cloud Next. Setting up your marketing instance includes installing the app, assigning a data space, deploying data streams, and configuring identity resolution so you can deliver personalized campaigns across every channel.

, select Salesforce Go, and then navigate to the Initial
Setup tab to find Marketing Initial Setup.
- On the Marketing Initial Setup card, click Set Up.
- To enable Marketing Cloud Next, turn on Marketing Initial Setup.

In the Complete the Required Steps section, click Go to
Setup. On the Basic Settings page, complete these tasks.
- Select a data space for your marketing instance.
- Install the data kits.
- Configure your identity resolution rulesets.
- To configure email, assign user roles and permissions, or set up Agentforce for Marketing, follow the steps in the Take the Next Steps section.
Discover and Set Up Marketing Cloud Next Features with Salesforce Go
Set up and configure Marketing Cloud Next features in Salesforce Go. Salesforce Go provides resources such as videos, Trailhead, and Salesforce Help articles to help you learn about features and configuration. You can also discover additional features and add-on licenses available for your Salesforce edition.

- Go to the Feature Sets tab and set the filter for Marketing.

Find a feature set and select Keep Going.
As you progress through feature sets, Salesforce Go tracks your work so you can pick up where you left off. For a full list of available feature sets and included features, see Marketing Cloud Next Feature Sets.
- Click Keep Going on the feature set that you want to set up.
- Follow the steps until you complete the required tasks.
Jon wants to set up email as a marketing channel. He selects Drive Results with Email Campaigns. Salesforce Go then guides him through building a campaign, defining the audience, and using AI to optimize send times for each recipient.
