Addressing Delivery and Reputation Issues

Addressing Delivery and Reputation Issues

To help you identify and address deliverability and reputation issues, Salesforce provides metrics and reports that help you monitor your messaging performance. We recommend evaluating these metrics every three to six months.

What to Look For

Each spam complaint, unsubscribe, or hard bounce can tell you something about your marketing campaign or its recipients.

Here’s how you can get details about specific complaints.

Recommendations

Review the table for recommendations on how you can address some causes of negative engagement. Items marked with an asterisk aren’t available in every Salesforce marketing app.

Find addresses that flagged a message as spam, and remove them from your list.
