          Manage Custom Fonts for Business Units

          Assign custom fonts to all business units or to a single business unit, and unassign them when they’re no longer needed. Only assigned fonts are available for selection in Content Builder.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next Advanced Edition
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign or unassign custom fonts: Marketing Cloud Admin permission set

          Before you assign a font, an admin must add it in Setup. See Set Up Custom Fonts.

          Assign Custom Fonts to All Business Units

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Fonts, and then select Custom Fonts.
          2. Select one or more fonts, and click Assign to Business Units.
          3. For each font, select the business units where you want the font to be available.
          4. Click Next, and then click Save.

          Assign Custom Fonts to a Single Business Unit

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Business Units, and then select Business Units.
          2. From the Business Units list page, select a business unit.
          3. In the Custom Fonts section, click Assign.
          4. Select the fonts to make available in this business unit, and click Assign.

          Unassign a Custom Font from a Business Unit

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Business Units, and then select Business Units.
          2. From the Business Units list page, select the business unit.
          3. In the Custom Fonts section, find the font, and select Unassign.
            Content that already uses the font reverts to its fallback font.
