          Configure Dynamic Reply Addresses

A dynamic reply address routes replies directly to a mailbox resolved from CRM data, such as the contact owner or the account's customer success manager.

Before configuring a dynamic reply address, add and verify at least one authorized email domain. Marketing Cloud Next validates the domain of each resolved reply address against your authorized email domains list. If the resolved address doesn't use an authorized domain, Marketing Cloud Next uses the configured fallback address.

Dynamic reply address bypasses Reply Mail Management (RMM) processing. Marketing Cloud Next delivers replies directly to the resolved mailbox and doesn't process them for auto-reply management, out-of-office handling, or unsubscribe processing. Use Reply Mail Management when your organization requires centralized handling of email replies.

          1. In Flow Builder, open the Send Email Message activity.
          2. Under Sender Options, in Reply Address, select Dynamic Reply Address.
          3. If prompted, add and verify an Authorized Email Domain before continuing.
          4. Under Display Name, select the merge field picker and select the field to use as the display name.
          5. Under Reply Address, select the merge field picker and select the field to use as the reply address.
          6. Under Fallback Email, enter the fallback mailbox name and select a verified domain.
          7. Save your changes.
