          Create and Manage a Contact Card

          A Contact Card (VCF) is a digital business card that allows customers to save your brand’s verified identity including your logo, phone number, website, and address to their mobile devices.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next Growth or Advanced Edition

          To create a contact card

          Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

          AND

          Any CMS workspace contributor role

          Create a Contact Card

          Create virtual contact cards and send as MMS messages so that subscribers can save your contact info directly to their mobile devices.

          1. From your marketing workspace, click Add, and then select Content.
          2. Select Contact Card (VCF) as the content type and then click Create.
          3. Enter a title for the contact card. The API name is auto-populated based on the title.
          4. To autopopulate the contact details, upload the VCF file. The maximum file size is 300 KB.
          5. To add the contact details manually, complete these details.
            1. Enter the contact display name and phone number.
            2. Click Select Image to upload a contact photo. For optimal display, use a 250×250 pixel image in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. The maximum file size is 300 KB.
            3. To provide additional company details, enter the subheader.
            4. Enter your company website and email address.
          6. Save your changes and click Publish.

          After you publish the contact card, you can upload it as media in MMS messages.

          Unpublish a Contact Card

          Unpublish the contact card to prevent users from saving outdated or incorrect information.

          1. From your marketing workspace, open a contact card, and then click Unpublish.
          2. Review the warnings, and determine if any other changes are required, and then click Next.
          3. Decide when to publish the contact card.
            • To unpublish the contact card immediately, click Unpublish Now.
            • To unpublish the contact card later, click Schedule Unpublish, and enter a date and time. Then, click Schedule.
