A custom font is a Salesforce CMS content type. Use it when your brand guidelines require a specific font that isn't available in the default font list. Fonts in your workspace are available to all content creators, so your brand typography stays consistent.

The font appears in your workspace with a status of Published. A scheduled font shows a status of Scheduled until its publish date.
The brand guidelines at Northern Trail Outfitters call for a licensed display font in customer emails. A marketing admin uploads the font file as a custom font named SG_Bold and publishes it. Content creators then apply the font to headings in emails, landing pages, and forms, so that every message matches the brand.
In the email builder, a content creator opens the Style tab, sets Paragraph Style to Custom, and then selects the font from Font Family.
To use a published custom font, your content creators select it in the style settings of the content editor. They apply the font to an email, landing page, form, email preference page, or reusable content block. A font published while the editor is open appears in the font list after a reload.
