          Create a LinkedIn Post

          Marketers can publish content directly to their connected LinkedIn account directly in Marketing Cloud Next.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next Growth or Advanced Edition, and in Starter and Pro Suite Editions. Your edition determines the options that you have.

          One-Time Admin Setup

          To use this feature, users need the permissions to manage connected LinkedIn accounts. Before you start, ask your admin to add the Social Posts related list to the campaigns object.

          1. Go to the Campaigns Layout page in Object Manager.
          2. Find the Related List section, and then drag the Social Posts list to a section.
          3. Save your work.

          Schedule LinkedIn Posts

          Before creating posts, connect your LinkedIn account.

          1. From a campaign record, find the Social Posts related list and click Manage Connections.
          2. Review the list of available social media accounts.
          3. Click Connect to LinkedIn.
          4. Log in to your personal LinkedIn account, and then confirm external access.
          5. To edit your post, click Add Social Posts in the Social Posts related list on a campaign record.
          6. Select a LinkedIn account from the dropdown.
          7. Enter a Post Name and the Post Body.
          8. Select your publishing preference.
            • Publish Now: The app publishes the post immediately.
            • Schedule: Select a future date and time.
          9. Click Schedule Post.
