UTM parameters are set at the org level and apply to all content by default. When
you're building a message, you can override those defaults for a specific content asset or for
individual links.

Override Parameters at the Content Level
Customize UTM parameter values for a specific content asset, replacing the defaults
set at the org level. Content-level values apply to all links in that asset unless you set an
override on a specific link.
Open the content asset in its builder (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
In the Manage Link Parameters panel, review the parameters
inherited from the org level.
For any parameter you want to override, enter a new value.
Leave the field blank to keep the inherited org value.
Save the content asset.
Add a Link with Individual Parameter Overrides
Use Link Builder to insert a link with UTM parameter overrides that apply only to
that link, overriding both org-level and content-level defaults.
In the content builder, place your cursor where you want to insert a link and click
Add Link.
In the Link Builder panel, complete the required fields.
Open the Link Parameters section.
The inheritance tag on each parameter indicates whether its value comes from the org
level or the content level.
To override a parameter for this link only, enter a new value.
Review the Live Preview at the bottom of the panel.
Save your changes.
Edit or Remove an Inserted Link
Update a link's destination, text, or UTM parameter overrides, or remove it from
your content.
To edit a link, select the link in your content to reopen the
Link Builder.
Update the destination URL, link text, link title, or any parameter overrides, and
then click Save.
To remove a link, select the link in your content and click
Remove Link.
Note You can't edit UTM parameters on a link after the message has been sent. Parameter
values are resolved at send time.
