Before you can use Engagement to send offer emails, admins must set up Engagement for Offers.
Content Builder is a content management tool where marketing managers can create emails and email templates. For offer emails, marketing managers can use the Offer content block to personalize emails with information from offers and their related treatments. After adding the content block on to an email, select the target offer and treatment, and then use its fields in the email. To share multiple offers in an email, add a separate content block for each offer. See Create Emails in Content Builder.
Journey Builder is a campaign planning tool where marketing managers can design journeys to send offer emails. Journeys can include multiple stages that start with the offer launch email and then send remainder and follow-up emails. To make sure that offers reach the right audience, target journeys towards the offer target audience by using segment data from Data 360. See Journeys and Messages and Find Data Cloud Segments in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
