Name Usage Business Requirement
Data Cloud Architect Provides access to manage Data Cloud objects and segments used for offer targeting. Create segments from demographic and behavioral data to target high-intent groups.
Offer Designer Provides access to create, edit, and manage offers and offer treatments. Set up the core offer structure and oversee record access for the team.
