            Review and Approve Offers

            The reviewer plays a critical role in the offer lifecycle by making sure that offers meet brand standards, legal requirements, and budgetary constraints before activation. Reviewers can easily access offers that are pending review from the Offer Console tab.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To review offers Offer Designer
            1. From the Home page of the Promotions & Offers app, open the Offer Console tab.
            2. Click Manage Approvals.
            3. Click Review My Approval Work Items.
            4. Review the approval request, and approve or reject the request.
