Run Offers on Experience Cloud

You can run and display offers on Experience Cloud sites for your logged-in customers and partners.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management

You can configure your Experience Cloud site to call the Eligible Offers API so authenticated site users see offers they are eligible for. Unauthenticated Experience Cloud users cannot see offers. To confirm what a member sees, define the user access from the user’s contact record. See Set Up Record Access for Your Users.
