Use offer groups to organize offers for contextual delivery and ensure that customers receive targeted promotions at specific touchpoints in their journey. An offer group categorizes and bundles related offers. You can assign a single offer to one or more groups to support targeted delivery and reuse across different engagement channels and experiences.

On the offer creation page, use the Offer Group field to assign the offer to a group. Only active offer groups appear in the dropdown. This assignment categorizes the offer correctly for contextual communications and helps the right promotions reach the right customers.
