            Offer Management provides Connect APIs for integration with external systems. Assign the required permission sets to integration users so they can execute these APIs.

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            Required Permission Sets for Integration Users
            Name Usage Business Requirement
            Offer Designer Provides access to create, edit, and manage Offer records and Offer Treatments. Execute the Eligible Offers API to find the list of promotions that are eligible for a customer's cart.
            Data Cloud User Provides access to segments used for offer targeting. Create segments from demographic and behavioral data to target high-intent customer groups.
