Ways to Inform Approvers About Offers Pending Review

The Offers Console tab of the Promotions & Offers app provides users an option to manage offer approvals. On the Approvals page, approvers can view offers pending their review and submitters can view the approval status of their offers. You can also embed Lightning App Builder components on pages that approvers visit frequently to inform them about offers that are in their queue.

Component Use
Orchestration Work Guide

This component helps approvers approve or reject offers pending their review and add comments about their decision.

This component helps users see the details of all the approvals stages that offers have gone through and the offer's current approval stage.
