The flow templates for offer approval are designed to manage the end-to-end offer
review and approval process across departments. The flow templates mimic the approval lifecycle
that most companies align with. Admins can customize the flows based on the company's unique
review process and requirements.

Offers: Run Offer Through Approval Workflow
The flow is designed to take an offer through the approval lifecycle stages.
Before starting the first approval stage, the flow verifies whether the offer
consists of all the information required to start approvals. The flow automates the
sequential movement of the offer from one department to another, including managing
rejections. After the final approval, the offer is activated.
When customizing the flow, you must add the people who the offer is sent for
approval at each approval stage.
The flow has two required variables to get the
details of the person who submitted the offer for approval and their submission
comments. Make sure to pass these variable values into the flow.
Offers: Set Offer Status from Approval Stage
The Offers: Run Offer Through Approval Workflow flow runs this flow. This flow
sets the status of offers based on whether offers are ready for the approval
lifecycle and the decision made by approvers.
When customizing the flow, you can change the statuses that offers are set to
based on the offer statuses that your company uses.
By default, the templates create autolaunched flows that require users to manually
submit offers for approval. To submit offers automatically based on the status, use
record-triggered flows. For example, configure a record-triggered flow that submits an offer
for approval when its status is changed to Pending Approval.
