Set Up Marketing Cloud Engagement for Offers

Connect your Salesforce org with your Marketing Cloud Engagement instance. Install and set up Marketing Cloud Connect to sync offer data from the Salesforce org to Engagement. To help marketing managers design personalized offer emails, install the Offer content block in Engagement.

Required Editions

Available in: Marketing Cloud Engagement
User Permissions Needed
To configure Marketing Cloud Engagement: Marketing Cloud Administrator role
To set up Salesforce org for Engagement connection:

Customize Application

Install Offer Content Block

Important
Important If the package doesn’t install in your Engagement org, use this link: https://{Account stack location}/cloud/#app/Administration/InstalledPackages/1bc99e36-dccd-41bb-8c0d-e99128b83f8d/install. At the beginning of the URL replace {Account stack location} with the location of your Engagement account stack.
  1. Copy the URL of the Offer content block package.
  2. Paste the URL for the package into your browser navigation bar, and then press Enter.
  3. Enter your Engagement credentials.
  4. Click Install | Agree.
