          Suppress Prospects from Receiving Emails

          To avoid emailing prospects too often or sending irrelevant content, use one of the suppression tools available in Account Engagement. You can suppress many prospects at once with a static or dynamic suppression list or suppress them individually by editing the prospect record.

          • Suppress Multiple Prospects with a Suppression List
            A suppression list omits prospects from list emails or engagement programs. Use suppression lists to prioritize engagement programs, prevent emailing prospects content that isn’t relevant to them, and to avoid emailing prospects too often. You can use any non-test list as a suppression list. Designate the list as a suppression list when building an email or engagement program.
          • Suppress Individual Prospects
            Use the Do Not Email field on prospect records to suppress individual prospects from receiving marketing emails. The Do Not Email field is an internal suppression tool, and selecting it doesn’t change a prospect’s opt-in status. Prospects marked Do Not Email can still receive operational emails.
