          Account Engagement Sandboxes

          Account Engagement Sandboxes

Test new features, integrations, and other high-stakes changes with an Account Engagement sandbox. Sandboxes are isolated test environments so you can make sure everything is working as expected before pushing changes to your production org.

          Required Editions

Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions
Available for an additional cost in: Account Engagement Plus Edition

To get the most out of a sandbox, aim to make it a replica of your production org. Here are some key items to consider recreating in your sandbox:

          • Automation rules, completion actions, and Engagement Studio programs
          • Content such as forms and email templates
          • Salesforce Connector settings, including prospect sync rules

After testing in your sandbox, you can manually recreate changes in your production org with confidence. To copy changes to production in bulk, set up the Account Engagement Sandbox-to-Production Flow.

          • Create a Sandbox for Account Engagement
To test configuration updates, integrations, and other high-stakes changes before you implement them, create an Account Engagement sandbox.
          • Set Up the Account Engagement Sandbox-to-Production Flow
Copy changes and content from your Account Engagement sandbox to a production org with a preconfigured flow in Flow Builder. First, set up authentication between your sandbox org and the production org. Then, test the flow and add the flow component to record pages so that you can easily push changes to production.
