Om restriktiva filter eller otillräckliga data hindrar en rekommenderad från att returnera tillräckligt med objekt använder Salesforce Personanpassning grundrekommendationen för att fylla i återstående luckor.

Reservrekommendationer kan inte garantera en fullständig uppsättning rekommendationer i följande scenarion:
Grundrekommenderaren har restriktiva filter.
Grundrekommendören har inte tillräcklig information.
Det underliggande systemet kan inte nås.
På sidan Rekommendationer, öppna den rekommendation som du vill lägga till en reservrekommendation i och klicka på Redigera.
Slå på grundrekommendation.
Välj en grundrekommendation.
Menyn listar endast de rekommendationer som delar samma datautrymme, objektdatagraf och profildatagraf som den primära rekommendationen. Utöver detta måste rekommendationerna utföra minst en framgångsrik utbildningssession.
