            Track Advocate Count for Promotions

            After an advocate joins a promotion, a Loyalty Program Member Promotion record is automatically created to track the advocate's participation in the promotion. From the Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list on a promotion, marketing managers can track the count of advocates who have joined the promotion and their details. The marketing managers can use a promotion's advocate count as a key performance indicator of the promotion. The Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list also helps marketing managers find out the promotion's active advocate count.

            User Permissions Needed
            To view loyalty program member promotions:

            Referral Marketing permission set

            AND

            View permission on:

            • Loyalty Program
            • Promotion
            • Loyalty Program Member
            • Loyalty Program Member Promotion

            Before you try to view the advocate count of a promotion, ensure that the Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list is visible on the promotion. If the related list isn't visible, ask your admin to add the related list to the Promotion page layout that you’re viewing.

            1. On the Promotions related list of your referral program, click the promotion whose advocate count you want to view.
            2. On the Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list, you can view the promotion's advocate count.
            3. To know whether an advocate is active, check whether the advocate's enrollment is active.
            4. To view the details of the advocate, click the advocate's Loyalty Program Member record.
