Use the Promotion Performance Dashboard to evaluate a referral promotion's participation
and return on investment (ROI). Monitor it to identify bottlenecks, assess whether reward costs
align with revenue generated, and make data-driven decisions about continuing or adjusting the
promotion. For example, if you see high referrals but low conversions, consider adjusting friend
rewards or improving the sign-up experience.
