          Add a Test Number

To preview your user experience with sample data, add a test number.

          1. On the RCS agent details page, go to the Testing tab and click Add Test Number.
          2. Enter an RCS-compatible phone number where you can receive the invitation from the Google RBM agent.
The phone number must include the country code to follow the E.164 format.
          3. Save your changes.
          4. To become a tester, you must accept the invitation to become a tester. After it’s accepted, refresh the screen to verify the status is Approved before sending a test message.

          Send a Test RCS Message

After you add a test number and approve the connection, send a test message to validate your agent's configuration and preview the end-user experience.

          1. In the RCS agent details page, go to the Testing tab and click Send Test Message.
          2. Select the test number that you added.
          3. Select whether to send a simple text message or a rich card.
          4. Click Send Test Message.

          Launch Your RCS Agent

After sending a test message, launch your RCS agent in the country where you plan to send messages. Then, you can set up consent, create RCS messages, and launch RCS campaigns. A live RCS agent can’t be modified, so make sure to verify the settings carefully.

          1. In the RCS agent details page, click Launch RCS Agent.
          2. Upload supporting media or documents based on the selected country. See Supported Countries and Compliance for more details.
          3. Enter your country-specific details including brand and contact details.
          4. Submit your changes.
If your selected country requires Google or carrier launch review, track the request in the Open Requests tab on the RCS setup page.
