Bouygues Adhere to specific messaging time windows for all promotional traffic to remain compliant with local regulations.
Free Mobile The RCS agent name must exactly match your company’s registered legal brand name.

          RCS Agent Requirements

To submit your agent for review, you must provide this information.

          • Brand Name: Use your company's official, legal business name. It must directly connect to your French tax identification number (SIREN).
          • Website: Providing a company website URL is mandatory.
          • Support Email: If you provide a customer support email address, your support team must be able to respond to inquiries in French. Local mobile carriers test this email channel during the launch validation process.
          • Opt-In Details: A screenshot or website URL of the opt-in flow showing how the user consents to receive your RCS communications.
          • Agent Functionality Video: A video demonstrating the agent's core features and active opt-out capabilities, such as a user sending the keyword STOP.
          • Attestation Letter: A formal document completed with your specific company details.
          • Premium Rate Disclosure: If the phone number used for the agent display is a premium rate number, you must clearly indicate the pricing in the phone number label.

          Messaging Traffic Support

Carriers in France strictly monitor message types to protect consumers. Messaging traffic is classified as promotional, transactional, and multi-use.

You can only use multi-use if you can enforce the local Allowed Sent Time Window (MON - SUN: 08:00:00 - 21:30:00; CEST). If you choose a multi-use, your application must include template samples for both promotional and transactional message categories to avoid approval delays. If you can’t enforce these time windows, register separately for promotional and transactional traffic.

          Restricted Content

          Prohibited content includes:

          • Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Messaging Policy
          • Content that violates Google's Acceptable Use Policy
          • Spam, fraudulent content, and deceptive programs
