RCS Agent Provisioning Guidelines
The onboarding process in Germany requires coordination with local Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to verify your brand and ensure a localized user experience.
- Brand Identification and Website: You must provide a live, customer-facing website that includes clear contact options, such as a company phone number or email address.
- Phone Number Formatting: Ensure that your phone number is configured in the international format and includes the German country prefix (+49).
- Localization Requirements: Your privacy policy and terms and conditions must be written in German, or your website must provide an explicit option for users to view them in German.
- Proactive Carrier Approval: A Point of Contact (POC) from your brand must submit a signed brand approval document to the German MNOs. You can sign this form by hand or electronically by using a certified digital tool like DocuSign.
- Submission Process: Send your signed brand approval document to brandapproval@rcsbusinessmessaging.de and ensure you copy rcs_registrations@infobip.com on the email.
- Reseller Procedures: If your organization requires a specialized reseller onboarding procedure, contact your account executive before beginning the registration process to obtain specific instructions.
