SMS Code Provisioning Guidelines
Use an Estonia long code for two-way sends or a custom alphanumeric code with an international long code set up for one-way sending. Manage opt-outs with a web link or customer preference center. Two-way sends support marketing and transactional sends. Alphanumeric codes can't be generic and must be associated with the brand, enterprise, product, or service. These codes can only use alphanumeric characters and spaces.
