Agentforce Operations automates repetitive work, routes tasks to the right people or AI agents, and tracks progress from start to finish. Build process templates called blueprints one time, then run them as many times as needed as automated workflows. Blueprints organize work into stages and tasks. Assign tasks to people or AI agents, and collect information at each step.

What You Can Do
Agentforce Operations combines automation, collaboration, and AI to streamline your business processes:
- Blueprints: Create reusable templates with stages, tasks, and conditional logic. Blueprints define the structure one. Then you can run that structured process many times with different data by starting workflows from the blueprint. Learn more in Designing Automation Templates in Blueprints in Agentforce Operations.
- Manage blueprints: Update published blueprints with new versions, collaborate with other editors, delete blueprints, and control workflow locking. Learn more in Manage Blueprints in Agentforce Operations.
- AI agents: Assign tasks to AI-powered agents that can extract data from documents, validate information, compare files, and perform other knowledge work automatically. Learn more in AI Agents in Agentforce Operations.
- Task management: Route work to the right people or teams, set due dates, track progress, and collect information through forms and fields. Learn more in Configure Tasks in Agentforce Operations.
- Run workflows: Start workflows from blueprints, monitor progress, and manage running workflows from start to finish. Learn more in Run Workflows in Agentforce Operations.
- Complete tasks: Users complete assigned tasks by filling out forms, uploading documents, approving or rejecting work, and submitting responses. Learn more in Complete Tasks in Agentforce Operations.
- Workflow tracking: Monitor running workflows, view task status, and manage exceptions from a centralized dashboard. Learn more in Track Workflows in Agentforce Operations.
- Admin controls: Manage users, roles, teams, integrations, and workspace settings from the Admin page. Learn more in Administer Your Agentforce Operations Workspace from the Admin Page.
How Agentforce Operations Works
Start by creating a blueprint that defines your process. Add stages to organize work into phases, and add tasks within each stage. You can assign tasks to people, teams, roles, or AI agents. Configure when tasks start, when they're due, what information they collect, and what happens when they complete. After your blueprint is ready, publish it and start running workflows from it. Each workflow is an instance of the blueprint running with specific data. Learn more in How Blueprints, Workflows, and Tasks Connect in Agentforce Operations.
