Welcome to AIforce
AIforce isn’t a single product or tool. AIforce brings all of your Salesforce context to the interface where you want to work. It provides the flexibility to meet you where you do business: in Slack, your Salesforce org, or your favorite agentic tool.
For Everyone: Anywhere
Whether you’re a business user, builder, or curious about options, you can build experiences that use any coding agent. You can also deploy on any surface all within the security and governance built into Salesforce.
- Business Users: Work uninterrupted without switching tabs, logging into new systems, or performing manual tasks.
- Builders: Build agents, work flows, apps, and processes by using a trusted data infrastructure for any surface.
- Agents: Select the third-party agents that can act upon data and execute work flows all based on the governance and controls established by Salesforce.
Headless Toolkit: Tools and Functionality
AIforce is powered by the Headless Toolkit. The toolkit includes Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers, skills, and Agentic Setup that define what agents can do, powered by a data and metadata plus API and CLI layer. Underpinning it all, a Trust and Security foundation automatically applying org permissions and scope parameters to every agent and interface. That secured platform powers Salesforce’s builder and user tools and connects third-party tools through plugins and extensions.

- Get Connected to AIforce
Connect an AI tool such as Claude to Salesforce, or use the AI features built into Salesforce. Both inherit the same Salesforce security, permissions, and data governance. - Legal and Ethical Considerations with Headless Functionality
Working with Salesforce beyond the browser expands what agents and third-party tools can do—so it also expands your responsibility. Review these legal and ethical considerations before you build and deploy headless experiences. - Security and Governance in Headless Experiences
Headless capabilities enable users, apps, and AI agents to reach Salesforce data and processes outside the traditional Salesforce interface. That flexibility opens more places where access gets requested, but it doesn't change how you govern that access. Learn how identity, permissions, and monitoring work together to keep headless access to your org secure.
