Archive Dashboard

The Archive managed package dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your data, file storage capacity, and other essential metrics.

Salesforce Used Data Storage

The dashboard shows the amount of storage consumed by your records in the org using a colored percentage.

  • Green: No storage risk.
  • Yellow: Heading toward a storage risk.
  • Red: Storage risk. Consider adding more policies or updating existing ones to manage your storage more effectively.
Note
Note Objects in the Recycle Bin aren't included in the count.

The numbers on the home page are approximate and are designed for scale assessment. Discrepancies with exported data are normal. For exact counts, refer to the exported data.
