The Admin page is your governance panel for the workspace. From a single location,
control who has access, how they're organized, what external systems connect to your workspace,
and how the workspace looks and behaves.
Required Editions
License Required
This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires
an Agentforce Operations license.
To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account
executive.
What You Can Manage
Review the Admin page tabs and what you can do on
each one.
People
Manage internal users and external users. Assign specific access levels that determine what
each user can see and do in the workspace.
Roles
Manage roles that provide access to different places and actions in the workspace.
Teams
Manage teams, which are functional groups of users. When creating a task, you can assign it
to a team rather than an individual.
Integrations
Configure secure API connections so Agentforce Operations can interact with external
systems.
Data sources
Import or link to external data, such as a centralized database for supplier lists,
customer directories, or part catalogs.
AI agents
View all available AI agents. You can rename agents, but you can't create agents or
customize the existing ones.
Settings
Customize key elements to match your company's unique brand. Configure task due dates with
your organization's working days and hours, and control task information order.
