This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license. To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
Agentforce Operations notifies you by email when you're assigned to a task, when you're cc'd on a task, or when a task, workflow, or blueprint you're tracking changes. You can complete most tasks without leaving your inbox. Reply to the email, click an action button, or fill in a web form.
For more complex work or when you want to see the full workflow context, complete tasks directly in the Agentforce Operations workspace. Use task list views to filter your task list and focus on what's overdue, what's due soon, or what needs your approval.
External users, such as suppliers and partners, can also complete tasks by email or web form without logging in.
