an Agentforce Operations license.

Tags
Add tags to a blueprint to categorize it. For example, create tags High, Medium, Low, and
then assign High to blueprints that are high priority. The tags set on a blueprint are also
set on any workflow that runs from that blueprint.
Tag Categories
Tag categories enable you to group related tags together so they're easier to find when
selecting tags. For example, add Priority as a tag category for your High, Medium, and Low
tags so they're grouped together in the tag selection menu.
How to Use Tags
Use tags as filters on workflow list views to make it easier to find workflows based on
specific classifications.
