an Agentforce Operations license.
To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account
executive.
The Home page is your hub for tracking workflow activity. From there, you can:
See all the workflows you have access to, sorted by latest activity.
Spot overdue tasks, problems, and on-track workflows at a glance.
Customize columns and filters to focus on the workflows that matter to you.
Save and share custom list views with your team.
Filter workflows by tag, blueprint, owner, or any other field.
Use workflow statuses to understand the state of each workflow and where to focus your
attention.
