Agentforce Operations Tour

Learn the main areas of the Agentforce Operations interface, starting from the Home page. From the Home page, you can view, filter, and manage workflows, and access other areas of Agentforce Operations by using the navigation sidebar.

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Home Page (1)

The Home page is your Command Center in Agentforce Operations. The main area shows a list of all workflows that you have access to, giving you an immediate snapshot of recent activity and running processes. By default, Agentforce Operations sorts workflows by latest activity.

The Home page uses color-coded statuses (red, yellow, and green) and completion percentages so you can quickly see progress across your workflows.

There are several settings available on the Home page to customize your view.

All workflows dropdown list
Select what saved view to show on the Home page.
Pagination
Navigate through pages of results (for example, 1–16 of 16).
Columns
Select which columns appear in the workflow list view.
Filters
Apply filters by fields, such as workflow status, owner, blueprint, dates, and tags. A badge shows how many filters are active.
Sort
Change the order of the workflow list.
Export
Export workflow and detailed task data.
Settings
Customize what’s shown in the workflow status overview.

Get a quick overview of the workflow data that’s most important to you. For example, easily get the number of workflows with problems, workflows with overdue stages, and on-track workflows. Customize what’s shown in the workflow list settings.

Navigation Sidebar (4)

The navigation sidebar includes: Create, Search, Notifications, Home, Tasks, Starred, Documents, People & Teams, Blueprints, Fields, Tags, and Admin.

Create
Create a blueprint or a workflow.
Search

Find items across the workspace that contain your keyword. Search results are grouped by item type. For example, Blueprints, Workflows, and Users.

You can filter results by selecting the type from the Type dropdown. To open the item, click the search result for the item.

Notifications
Shows your alerts and updates.
Home
Lists the workflows that you can access.
Tasks
Shows tasks that others assigned to you, tasks you assigned, or tasks that include you on the CC list.
Starred
Provides quick access to your favorite or most used blueprints, workflows, and tasks. Click the star on the item to add it to the starred list.
Documents
Shows uploaded files and where they're used.
People & Teams
Lists the workspace's users and teams. You can add users and teams from this page.
Blueprints
Shows your draft and published blueprints. You can create a blueprint from this page.
Fields
Lists the fields in your workspace that collect information in workflows. Manage existing fields or create fields from this page.
Tags
Shows the tags in your workspace. Use tags to organize and categorize blueprints and workflows. Manage existing tags or create tags from this page.
Admin
Provides access to all administrative settings and tools in one place. The admin page includes tabs for People, Roles, Teams, Integrations, Data Sources, AI Agents, and Settings.
