Assign a Task to a Team in Agentforce Operations

When creating a blueprint or adding a task to a workflow, you can assign a task to a team instead of an individual user.

Required Editions

License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
  1. Open an existing blueprint or workflow, or create one.
  2. In a stage, click + Task.
    The task configuration window opens.
  3. For Assigned to, click to add a value and then click the Teams tab.
  4. Click the team that you want to assign the task to.
