            Import a Blueprint from Another Workspace

            Export a published blueprint from one workspace and import it into another workspace in Agentforce Operations. During import, review and map the blueprint's dependencies to your workspace.

            Required Editions

            License Required

            This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

            To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
            Role or Access Needed
            To create a blueprint from scratch, using AI, or by importing a .rex file in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Creator role

            To create a blueprint by importing a .docx file in Agentforce Operations:

            		 Admin role
            To publish a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Publisher role with View access for the blueprint

            The import process includes steps for roles, fields, data sources, linked workflows, and custom HTTP automation tasks. For most item types, you can map to an existing item in your workspace or remove it from the blueprint on import. For fields, you can also create fields or update the configuration of existing ones.

            1. On the published blueprint that you want to export, click the three-dot menu, and select Export to another workspace.
              Agentforce Operations downloads the blueprint as a .rex file.
            2. In the workspace that you're importing the blueprint into, click + Create.
            3. Click Blueprint.
            4. Click Import from another workspace.
            5. Select the .rex file you exported.
            6. In the Roles and fields step, map the blueprint's roles, fields, and data sources to your workspace
              1. Review the Mapped section, which lists roles, fields, and data sources with exact matches in your workspace.
              2. For fields listed under Needs review, each field shows a Create or Update badge indicating the action the import takes. To map a field to a different field in your workspace instead, select it from the dropdown.
              3. For data sources listed under Needs review, map each one to an existing data source with the same structure in your workspace, or select Remove. To create a matching data source before you complete the import, open a new browser tab and create the data source there. See Add a Data Source by Using a CSV File in Agentforce Operations.
              4. Click Continue.
            7. If the blueprint contains linked blueprints, in the Linked workflows step, review each linked blueprint listed under Needs review.
              1. To map the linked blueprint to an existing blueprint in your workspace, select it from the dropdown.
              2. To create a blueprint in your workspace on import, keep the Create badge selected.
              3. Click Continue.
            8. If the blueprint contains custom HTTP automation tasks, in the Automations step, review each automation configuration listed under Needs review.
              1. To map the automation to an existing automation in your workspace, select it from the dropdown.
              2. To remove the automation from the blueprint on import, select Remove.
              3. Click Continue.
                Agentforce Operations can’t import SharePoint automation tasks and removes them from the blueprint during import. You can add them to the draft blueprint after the import.
            9. In the Review step, review the summary of changes that Agentforce Operations plans to make to the blueprint on import. Click Continue.
            10. Click Finish.
              The draft blueprint opens in your workspace.
