            Collaborative Blueprint Editing in Agentforce Operations

            Multiple people can work on the same draft blueprint at the same time. Agentforce Operations shows who else is editing and updates everyone's view in real time.

            Required Editions

            License Required

            This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

            To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

            See Who Else Is Editing

            When other people have the same draft blueprint open, their profile icons show in the header area.

            • Active editors show with a bright blue profile icon.
            • People who have the blueprint open but aren't actively editing show with a faded-blue profile icon.
            • Hover over a profile icon to see user details.

            How Real-Time Updates Work

            When anyone makes a change, such as creating or deleting a task, the change appears immediately for everyone who has the blueprint open.

            However, if two people are working on the same task, some changes can be lost.
