Delete a Blueprint in Agentforce Operations

Delete a draft or published blueprint from your workspace in Agentforce Operations.

Required Editions

License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
User Permissions Needed
To delete a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Publisher role

When you delete a published blueprint, Agentforce Operations deletes the current version and all previous versions. Admins or the publisher of the current version can delete a published blueprint. Admins or any editor of the blueprint can delete a draft blueprint. Deleting a draft blueprint deletes only the draft. It doesn't affect the associated published blueprint or its previous versions.

If a blueprint is deleted, you can’t restore it.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
  2. Locate the blueprint that you want to delete.
  3. Open the blueprint.
    1. For a draft blueprint, click Edit.
    2. For a published blueprint, click Open.
  4. Click the About tab.
  5. Click Delete blueprint.
  6. Type the name of the blueprint.
  7. Click Confirm.

Agentforce Operations deletes the blueprint.
